Five TPU will be built at stations of the Nekrasovskaya metro line
The transport hub (TPU) “Ryazanskaya” will be the largest on the Nekrasovskaya metro line, said Moscow’s deputy mayor for urban planning and construction, Marat Khusnullin.
“TPU will unite the transport flows of the Big Ring and Nekrasovskaya metro lines, the Moscow Central Ring and the radial direction of the railway. Nearby is the Ryazan Avenue. The estimated passenger traffic of the Ryazan TPU will be about 111 thousand people at peak times, ”said Marat Khusnullin.
According to him, the Nekrasovskaya line will include eight stations, and transport hubs will appear at five of them.
“They will build a TPU“ Ryazan ”,“ South-Eastern ”,“ Lermontovsky Prospect ”,“ Dmitrievsky Street ”and“ Nekrasovka ”, – said Khusnullin.
Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin inspected the Nizhegorodskaya station and reported on the completion of the construction of the Nekrasovskaya metro line tunnels.
“For the first time in the history of the Moscow metro construction, two giant tunnels with a diameter of 10 meters laid a double-track tunnel from Kosino to Okskaya and from Okskaya to Nizhny Novgorod. The length of the tunnel was about 8 km, ”said Sergey Sobyanin.
