GPZU issued to investors will act till 2020
Development plan of land plot (GPZU) that are issued before the approval of Land use and development rules (PZZ) will have advantages on PZZ that are working today told the Head of Moskomarkhiretkura Ulianna Knyazhevskaya.
«If PZZ has one parameter and PGZU that is issued earlier has another, then that GPZU is actual 3 years and you can build the facility according to this GPZU», – she explaines
She reminded that GPZU issued before the 1st of January 2017 will work for 3 years.
«Even if you got GPZU in 2012, the validity of development plan will be for 3 years starting from the 1st of January 2017. This term is needed to realize the rights that you have and get the construction permit», told Knyazhevskaya
Previously on this week the Deputy Mayor of Moscow on Urban Development Policy and Construction Marat Khusnullin mentioned that the simplification of changes in PGZU should be made.
