“The restrictive measures in force in Moscow due to the coronavirus pandemic did not affect the pace of construction. Developers were able to quickly resume all work. According to the results of the first half of the year, 4.8 million square meters of real estate were commissioned”, – said Andrei Bochkarev.
The deputy mayor noted that at the moment, construction is being carried out even with some advance plans.
“Of the total input for six months, about 2.2 million square meters. meters are residential objects, which is 60% of the planned volume”, – said Andrei Bochkarev.
The head of the Construction Complex added that a significant part of the facilities transferred to operation was built at the expense of investors, which indicates a comfortable business climate in the capital and a well-functioning system for all participants in the construction industry.
