International exhibition “arch Moscow” opened in “Manege”
The XXIV international architectural exhibition “Arch Moscow” opened in the Manezh Central Exhibition Hall. The opening ceremony was attended by Deputy Mayor of Moscow in the Government of Moscow Marat Khusnullin.
“Over the years, the exhibition has become a real business and discussion platform for all participants in the real estate market. For several decades, leading Russian and foreign architects, designers and developers have been taking part in it. Here, experience is shared, and the ties of all interested parties are strengthened”, said Marat Khusnullin.
The head of the Construction Complex stressed that Moscow annually beats records in terms of the commissioning of real estate and transport infrastructure.
“One of the priority directions in the town-planning policy of the city is the development of public transport, and, in particular, the metro. In recent years, architects have been paying a lot of attention to this area”, said Marat Khusnullin.
According to the deputy mayor, another urban development project, where the role of the architect is increasing, has become the program of housing renovation.
“We strive to get away from the gray, typical building in which one house is indistinguishable from another. In the course of the renovation program, we will build houses created on an individual project that will allow each district of the city to have its own face”, said Marat Khusnullin.
