Two projects which were carried out with the help of Building Information Modelling (BIM), have received positive results of expert examination in 2016, said the Chairman of Moskomekspertiza Valery Leonov.
According to his words, this refers to the second phase of a housing complex on Selskokhozyaistvennaya street and cultural and leisure center in Strogino District, who was built on the site of the cinema “Tajikistan” at the expense of the city budget.
In addition, two more projects, which was implemented with the use of information modeling technologies are ready to pass though the expert examination.
The Chairman of the Committee said that in 2015 seven projects in BIM-technology format were reviewed.
Nowadays working with BIM has some points for further decisions. “As for now there is no national BIM-standard, there are no requirements applicable to federal regulatory documents, there are no official rules of submitting documents, designed using BIM tech. All this creates certain temporary difficulties,” said Vladimir Leonov AGN in his interview with the news agency “Moscow”.
“According to our sources, BIM project pass though expert examination a few days before the planned date. That means the price of the project reduces te at all stages. As a result, a large-scale introduction of the technology will have a significant positive effect,” concluded Vladimir Leonov.
