Investment in Moscow real estate increased by 37% in QII
In the second quarter of 2016 the volume of investments in real estate of Moscow increased in dollar terms by 37% in comparison with QI, reveals the report of NAI Becar.
Thus, in QII the volume of transactions amounted to 930 million dollars, in annual terms the increase is equal to 4.4%, so in just six months the increase amounts to 1.6 billion dollars, compared with the first half of 2015 the increase came to 9.8%, reported RIA Novosti with reference to the press service of the company.
Of the total volume of transactions for the quarter 77% (or $712 million) relate to commercial real estate sector, added the news agency.
As reported by RIA Novosti, the land market did not show significant activity in the accounting period. The volume of capital land investment was close to that of the QI of 2016 and amounted to 217 million dollars.
Transactions with commercial real estate amounted to 8% of the total quarter volume, as stated inthe report.
