Investors have built four sports facilities in Moscow
Since the beginning of the year, four sports facilities have been built by investors in Moscow. This was told by the Head of the Urban planning policy department of Moscow Sergey Levkin.
«More than 80% of real estate in the capital is built at the expense of investors, said Sergey Levkin. – This is largely happens due to the active work of the Moscow government, led by Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin, on the reduction of time and cost of administrative procedures, and creation of clear and predictable rules for doing business. The result is the active construction of social infrastructure facilities by investors».
As noted in the Department of Urban Planning Policy, fitness centers were opened in Zhukovy proezd (TSAO) and Mitinskaya Street (SZAO), the football training base of the Spartak club, consisting of six football fields with an open parking lot appeared on the Volokolamsk Highway (SZAO) several facilities, including mini-golf, are built in the village of Luzhki, (TiNAO).
