Investors interested in housing and commercial construction projects in Moscow
34 companies are interested in construction of housing, hotels and apartments in Moscow. This was reported by Ekaterina Shapochka, Partner, Advisory, Government & Public Sector leader at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Russia.
“We have recently conducted a study on attitudes of developers. 36 companies were interviewed. It turned out that only two of them showed less interest in construction projects in Moscow,” noted Ekaterina Shapochka.
According to her, the administrative barriers in construction sector are not a major problem for developers today.
“Procedural issues have passed into the background for developers. Now they are focused on the stability and clarity of the law, the cadastral value of land. We need to provide investors with information support,” added Ekaterina Shapochka.
