Investors point out the reduction of administrative procedures in construction

Reduction of administrative barriers is one of the key instruments of improvement of investment environment in the city, stated coordinator of Investor’s Club, Chairman of the board of directors of GUTA-Development company Artem Kuznetsov on the annual board of the Construction Complex of Moscow.

“Of course, investors experience the reduction of administrative barriers. As a coordinator of the club of investors I work on simplification of such barriers related to the national register. In recent years, we have opened large offices for major developers. We do not mean any prejudice or disadvantage to the public. These offices meant to serve only major legal entities and developers, thus they greatly facilitated the registration procedure. Registration is one of the most important aspects of urban development activities,” said Kuznetsov, as reported by the portal of the Construction Complex.

As previously stated Deputy Mayor for urban policy and construction of Marat Khusnullin, the timing of the state examination of design documentation has already reduced.

“Moreover the time limit for obtaining certificate of approval of architectural and urban planning solutions is reduced from 30 to 14 days, the time limit for obtaining orders for excavation is shortened from 14 to 7 days, the deadline for obtaining a conclusion of compliance of a constructed object to design requirements is reduced from 10 to 5 days,” said Marat Khusnullin.

According to him in consequence of this work and conversion to e-document flow, the time required for administrative procedures reduced in 2.5 times.
