Investors show interest in development of medical cluster in Skolkovo
Investors have demonstrated great interest in development of the medical cluster in Skolkovo, noted Marat Khusnullin, Deputy Mayor for urban policy and construction, on Wednesday, June 1st.
“Medcluster “Skolkovo” is a world-class project. Today we can see the genuine interest of investors to participate in it,” said Marat Khusnullin.
According to him, the interdepartmental commission has already adopted a number of decisions on the development of this site.
As it was previously reported, the first pilot facility on the territory of the medical center in Skolkovo will be built in 2017 at the expense of the city. Its area is about 11 thousand sq. m.
In September 2015, the Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin signed a resolution of the Moscow government on measures to ensure the establishment and functioning of the medical cluster in Skolkovo.
According to the document it has been established the Foundation for International Medical Cluster – a unitary non-profit organization in the legal form of the fund, the purpose of which is to ensure the functioning of the cluster and its management.
