Less than third of regional expert examination authorities ready to switch to e-applications
Less than one third of Russian regions are ready to introduce the electronic format of interaction with the applicants from January 12017, as it follows from the official website of the Ministry of Construction.
“A high readiness of the regional state expertise bodies to introduce electronic format of interaction with applicants is shown by 27 regions of Russia,” stated the website.
The Ural federal district remains the leader among other districts, its readiness is estimated at 80.6%. The readiness of the Central, North-Western, Southern, North Caucasus, Volga and Siberian federal districts is estimated in the range of 52-68%. The least readiness demonstrates the Far Eastern Federal District (37%).
“The readiness of the two organizations (in the Magadan Region and the Jewish Autonomous Region) is rated as extremely low. The outsider is the regional expert organization of Zabaykalsky Krai, which does not implement any of the activities aimed at transfer of state expertise services to electronic format,” stated the website.
