Levkin: during the pandemic, Moscow did not stop providing public services online
The transfer of state and resource-supplying organizations into electronic form made it possible to ensure an uninterrupted process of providing public services. This was announced by the head of the Department of Urban Planning Policy of Moscow Sergey Levkin during a press briefing “Administrative Barriers in Construction through the Eyes of Moscow Developers”.
“The transfer of services of public and resource-supplying organizations into electronic form has helped the construction industry overcome the difficult and unexpected period of the pandemic. Despite restrictive measures and the transfer of government officials and most companies to remote work, the provision of public services was not suspended for a single day”, – said Sergey Levkin.
The head of the department noted that the specialists of the Construction Complex carried out serious work to analyze the current situation in the field of providing industry services.
“We saw the subtleties and nuances that we will work on. In particular, we plan to expand the range of services provided, including in the direction of resource-supplying organizations”, – explained Sergey Levkin.
According to the head of the department, the Construction Complex is in close contact with developers and is working together on the most problematic issues.
“We are working on many points proposed by the investment and construction community. We see and know their problems, hold online conferences, listen to their proposals for amending the legislation. Positive changes at the federal level are the result of our joint work”, – said Sergey Levkin.
