Levkin: information collection for developers is simplified in Moscow
One of the priorities for the implementation of the urban policy and the task set by the Mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin, is to reduce administrative barriers in the construction industry. In the course of solving this complex task, it was possible to significantly simplify the collection of information on the conditions and limitations of the use of the land plot for developers. This was announced in the framework of the Moscow Urban Forum by the head of the Department of Urban Development Policy of Moscow Sergei Levkin.
According to Sergei Levkin, thanks to the information infrastructure created by the developer, it has become easier to obtain the information necessary for the preliminary study of projects.
“In Moscow, a Consolidated Plan of Underground Communications and Structures and the Moscow Geofund were created. The composition of the GPZU has also been significantly expanded, which since 2017 includes information on engineering networks located within the boundaries of the land plot and on technical conditions providing for the maximum load at possible connection points” said Sergei Levkin.
The speaker added that at the present time the possibility of providing the applicant with the GPZU archival materials of engineering surveys from ISCAS is being studied. Also in the plans – to create a geographic information system that allows real-time on the 3D model to display the location of points of connection to the networks of engineering and technical support and the availability of free power at each point.
