Lyubov Tsvetkova: Investors maintain interest in construction of apartments
Investors continue to show interest in construction of apartments in the capital, despite the difficult situation in the economic sphere. This was reported by the Chairman of the Association of Investors of Moscow Lyubov Tsvetkova.
“Of course, the situation is worse than before the crisis. The imbalance in functional profile of investor projects has shown up. Steady demand for housing remains: it is being sold well and quickly pays back. It is true for housing in the borders of the so called old Moscow, as well as for the annexed territories,” said Tsvetkova in her interview for Stroim Prosto.
According to her, almost no one wants to build offices now, but there is interest to the projects of hotels construction is present.
“For example, recently the developers from Kazakhstan expressed a desire to build about 25 hotels 3-stars in the different districts of Moscow,” added the Chairman of the Association of Investors of Moscow Lyubov Tsvetkova.
