Marat Khusnullin: almost 90% of applications for construction state services in Moscow online

Currently more than 90% of applications for state services in the construction sector are submitted online. This was stated by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow on Urban Development Policy and Construction Marat Khusnullin.

“Today 18 state services in the construction field are provided in electronic form, and 15 of them – exclusively online”, –  he said.

The Head of the construction complex also noted that in 2017 the period for the issuance of town planning plans for land plots (GPZU) decreased from 30 to 20 days, and the average time for setting objects for cadastral registration was from 86 to 13 days.

“In addition, 38 procedures have been reduced in Moscow during the connection of  facilities to engineering networks and conditions for transferring the services of six resource-providing organizations to an electronic form are provided”, –  Marat Khusnullin said.
