Marat Khusnullin: Eight more procedures for construction of houses for renovation to be reduced in near future in Moscow
The renovation program helped speed up the work on optimizing administrative procedures in construction. This was told by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow on Urban Development Policy and Construction Marat Khusnullin.
“As a result of the work already done, the procedures were shortened from 927 days to 618 days and their number from 91 to 71, and by the end of 2018 it is planned to optimize the procedures for obtaining a warrant for earthworks for construction and procedures in the field of engineering research, which will reduce this period by another 80 days and eliminate 8 more procedures. Thus, in the end there should remain 63 administrative procedures, with a total duration of 538 days, “said Marat Khusnullin.
The head of the construction complex recalled that the optimization of administrative regulations to accelerate the construction of houses under the renovation program will affect all procedures related to the construction of real estate in Moscow as a whole.
Recall that the work on reducing excessive administrative procedures and optimizing the mechanisms and timing of their passage is conducted by the Government of Moscow systematically. 18 electronic public services in the construction sector are now available electronically. In the nearest plans of the city, the translation into online services of resource-supplying organizations, with which corresponding agreements were signed at the beginning of this week.
