Marat Khusnullin: GPZU to be completed with connection to power networks by year-end
The connection procedure of new facilities to power supply is planned to be included in the development plan of a land plot (GPZU) until the end of the year, said Marat Khusnullin, Deputy Mayor for urban policy and construction.
“In the near future we will begin to issue GPZU with connection procedures to sewage and water supply networks. Perhaps by the year-end we expand GPZU by adding technical conditions for connecting to other kinds of networks. It is a serious work that is directly related to preparation of the Consolidated plan of urban utility networks,” explained Marat Khusnullin.
According to him, currently the city authorities are in talks with the major grid organizations.
“We have to do a lot more and, above all, the Consolidated plan of existing networks in the city,” said the Deputy Mayor.
He stressed that it should significantly facilitate processing of urban planning documentation and accelerate the pace of construction.
