“Providing services to investors in electronic format is a huge advantage which not only saves man hours, reduces corruption risks and terms of getting necessary documents, but also has a direct economic effect, which is measured in billions,” said Marat Khusnullin.
It should be recalled that applications for state services in construction can be submitted from around the world at any time through a personal account of developer on the Moscow state services portal. On the portal of state services, an applicant can track the progress of consideration of his request. Submitting the documents you need only to specify the requisites. As previously stated Deputy Mayor for urban policy and construction Marat Khusnullin, conversion of state services to electronic format is one more step to meet the investors.
“We are working systematically at reducing administrative barriers in construction industry. Today Moscow has 14 types of public services in the field of investment and construction activities, and 12 of them we provide e-format. These arrangements gears up capital flow in the construction industry, and of course it makes the procedure of obtaining public services open and transparent,” said Marat Khusnullin.
