Martin Schaffer: main task of Moscow authorities is to update administrative procedures
Investment climate in Moscow has improved significantly over the past two years, said Martin Schaffer, managing director, PPF Real Estate Russia.
“This is confirmed by investment business, which is being improved due to arrival of new proposals. There is a steady opportunity to work with infrastructure, to connect to utility networks,” said Martin Shaffer.
Managing PPF Real Estate Russia sees a real opportunity to facilitate communication between investors and the Moscow authorities by removing administrative barriers. According to him, this will help to attract new investors and provide opportunities to implement new construction projects.
“Price predictability is the most important point from an investor’s perspective. Second point is the process itself and the possibility to predict its term, which makes possible to calculate the final amount of expenses,” said Martin Shaffer.
