Specialists of the Ministry of Construction are working on a “super service” which will help to transfer up to 80% of construction services into electronic form, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Public Utilities Alexander Kozlov said during the conference “Russian Construction Complex.”
“This year, we are working together with the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Communications to make the most mass services electronic, and the application forms were on the public services portal. This will increase the percentage of electronic services provided to 50% next year, and by 2024 we should reach 80%”, – Alexander Kozlov said.
Unified standards are planned to be developed for the issuance of GROMs, obtaining a permit for the construction and commissioning of the facility, notification by LPI. This will allow the organization of “cross-cutting” administrative procedures and reduce the time to receive services throughout the country.
According to the deputy minister, one of the tasks of the “super service” is to bring all regions of Russia to a single level of digitalization of public services.
“A number of entities have not converted their services to electronic form, do not have electronic cards, products that automate the work of officials. The Ministry of Digital Development promises subsidies in order for the regions to “pull” their system. Also in this product, we plan to automate the entire life cycle of the developer”, – Alexander Kozlov added.
