Minstroy of Russia: the work on reduction of administrative barriers will be continued

Minstroy will continue to work on reducing administrative barriers in construction, said on Friday the deputy minister of Construction Industry, Housing and Utilities Sector of Russia Natalia Antipina.

“Next year we will continue to work on simplifying administrative procedures in the construction industry. Particular attention will be paid to water disposal, heat-supply systems and utility tie-ins”, – said Natalia Antipina.

According to her an exhaustive list of documents required for conducting construction activities had already formed.

“As of today an exhaustive list includes 141 procedures. 131 procedures are established by federal law, 10 – by regional”, – said Natalia Antipina.

She noted that in the beginning of the next year it is scheduled to complete the preparation of an exhaustive list of procedures concerning power electrical networks, afterwards a similar work will be undertaken concerning the issues of water supply and water disposal systems.
