Minstroy: State services in construction should be fully automated
The current task of improving the investment climate in the construction industry is to create uniform conditions for all of Russia and reduce the time required for administrative procedures, said State Secretary – Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing of Russia Natalya Antipina
The ministry is actively working in this direction. In particular, a draft law was drafted on uniform standards for the provision of public services in construction, which in the future will also speed up their transfer to electronic form. Also on the territory of Moscow, the Moscow Region and St. Petersburg, Petersburg, the transition to connecting objects to the engineering networks online is now being worked through on a single application. These and other measures will increase the transparency of procedures and shorten their time.
“The number of necessary procedures that an applicant must undergo for construction is no longer a problem today. During 2013-2017, we have already carried out a large-scale work on the optimization of procedures. A further reduction in their number may already have a negative impact on the safety of construction, and this is the main task of the state. At the same time, now we can and should, first of all, reduce the time required to undergo the procedures and maximize the convenience of their passage by applicants, including by fully automating them, ”said Natalya Antipina.
