Moek plans to transfer all customers to electronic form of document control
MOEK is ready for a complete transfer of document circulation with counterparties – consumers of heat energy and hot water in electronic form, the press service of the company informs.
According to MOEK, at the moment more than 54% of clients interact with the company using electronic document management (EDM).
The functional module “Electronic document management with clients” provides services for concluding resource supply contracts, forming and obtaining payment and settlement documents, receiving and sending reconciliation reconciliation acts and other documentation. The operation of electronic document management in the period from July 1, 2017 showed a positive dynamics of the transition of the company’s customers to EDO.
In the near future EDO will operate in the company along with traditional paperwork, customers of MOEK can choose a convenient way for themselves to interact with the company.
