More than 100 rules and regulations developed in 6 months
The final editions of 102 sets of rules were developed in the first half of 2016.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation, 11 of them have already been approved. The rest undergo technical editing in the Federal Center of norm setting, standardization and technical conformity assessment in construction.
A number of core rules and regulations, including the “Urban Planning. Planning and construction of urban and rural areas” and” Accessibility of buildings and facilities for people with disabilities and other people with limited mobility. ” They contain basic requirements for planning and building development, as well as the formation of a barrier-free environment.
In addition, the work on development of rules and regulations on the use of BIM in construction was launched this year.
Until September 1, the Federal Center of norm setting, standardization and technical conformity assessment in construction adopts proposals of the professional community and relevant agencies to develop new sets of rules in the construction industry in 2017.
It has already received about 200 proposals from the federal executive authorities, national associations and self-regulatory organizations, technical committees on standardization, research and design institutes, which work in the field of design and construction.
