More than 152 thousand developers have used online services since the beginning of the year
Moscow developers have used the mos.ru portal more than 152 thousand times since the beginning of 2020. And the total number of requests for electronic services in the construction sector already exceeds 550 thousand.
To date, all major government services in this area have already been converted to electronic form. Using the mos.ru portal, construction companies can notify about the beginning and completion of work, send proposals on changes to the rules of land use and city development, and resolve many other issues. Electronic interaction between departments allows you to reduce the time for rendering services.
The Information Technology Department reports that most often this year, users have turned to the service for issuing orders for earthworks: developers have applied more than 30.5 thousand times, and since the launch of the service in 2015 – more than 138 thousand times. Also, the top in-demand services included an online registration for conducting a control and geodetic survey, providing a technical opinion on the compliance of project documentation with the Consolidated Plan of underground communications and structures in Moscow and obtaining urban plans for land plots.
The first online service for construction companies appeared on the portal eight years ago. Andrey Bochkarev, Deputy Mayor of Moscow in the Moscow Government for Urban Development Policy and Construction, emphasized that 22 state services and 19 services of resource supplying organizations are now available in electronic format on a single mos.ru platform. Thanks to the translation of administrative procedures online, among other things, the smooth operation of the construction industry in Moscow was ensured during the pandemic.
