The capital’s developers have submitted 94% of applications for obtaining public services in construction via the Internet since the beginning of the year, said Marat Khusnullin, deputy mayor of Moscow for urban planning and construction issues.

“The translation of services into electronic form has become the most significant and sought-after administrative reform in the construction industry. Today, all the basic construction services in Moscow are transferred online. 15 of 19 services in construction can be issued only in electronic form”, said Marat Khusnullin.

The head of the construction complex noted that in December 2018, on the official portal of the mayor and the government of Moscow, a unique service was launched that allows you to get the services of resource-supplying organizations online.

“The developers were looking forward to this reform. According to a survey of the All-Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion, conducted in June, two-thirds of developers called the translation of network companies’ services for connecting to utility networks into electronic form the most useful reform in recent times. And this is confirmed by the figures: more than 4.5 thousand applications for technical connection have been submitted through the new service on the mos.ru portal since the beginning of the year”, Khusnullin emphasized.

The deputy mayor added that in general, the developers of the capital positively assess the changes that have occurred over the past two years in the field of construction regulation.

A positive effect of administrative reforms in the construction sector, according to VTsIOM, was noted by more than 60% of respondents.
