Moscow authorities create the normative base required for realization of the renovation program
The Moscow authorities are creating the regulatory framework necessary for the implementation of the housing renovation program, said Sergey Levkin, the head of the town-planning policy department.
“In order to renovate the housing stock in Moscow, the Moscow government has more than 30 regulatory legal acts to be adopted by January 1, 2018”, said Sergei Levkin.
According to him, five regulatory acts have already been prepared and issued: the approval of the Moscow Housing Renovation Fund, the approval of the requirements for finishing the premises and landscaping, the procedure for excluding houses from the Renovation Program, as well as optimizing the timing of the coordination of the traffic and pedestrian scheme for the period work on the roadway.
“Currently, the latest draft regulatory document, containing a list of quarters designed for the design and construction of” start-up “houses for the beginning of the “wave relocation”, is currently undergoing final coordination. Until October 1, the document will be approved by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin”, – said Sergei Levkin.
