Moscow citizens will take part in reforming online services
Moscow is launching a huge crowdsourcing project “Moscow online services”. All users can provide their comments and suggestions on making public city services more comfortable.
“It is the first large crowdsourcing project in Moscow. We will conduct it during a year and will affect several urban spheres. Firstly, culture and entrepreneurship”, – Natalia Sergunina, deputy mayor of Moscow, said.
According to her, 50 thousand legal persons that actively use online services have registered on the website mos.ru. To date there are 360 online services that facilitate interaction of users with different authorities.
Services for business representatives will be discussed on April 20-26. Project participates will get a chance to suggest their ideas on improvement on private accounts of legal persons and other online services including obtaining of city subsidies, construction services, etc.
