Moscow developers ready to reestablish constructions in one working day
Large Moscow developers announced their readiness to resume construction work on the sites within one business day and catch up with the construction schedule within a week.
PIK is fully prepared to resume construction projects as soon as possible, subject to the necessary safety measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus. Immediately after lifting the restrictions, we are ready to start work on construction sites and resume the entire production cycle within eight hours, ”the press service of the developer said.
Grigory Zvenigorodsky, Vice President of the Ingrad Group of Companies, announced his readiness to reach the planned schedule and the pace of work within seven days. According to him, this is possible due to the fact that the company has previously formed a reserve of building materials and can quickly mobilize contractors.
The Level Group noted that it would take about a week to reach 80% of the construction capacity. The company is ready to deliver on schedule all planned facilities.
In general, developers note that catching up the pace of work is real in the shortest possible time, and this will not affect the timing of housing commissioning. “If the government permits the production of work on a full scale, without any restrictions, the one and a half month backlog is easy to reduce,” confirmed Igor Kozeltsev, Director General of Development Company.
Recall that the resumption of construction work in full in Moscow is planned from May 12. At the same time, developers were required to comply with special safety measures developed by the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare at construction sites, in residential towns and construction headquarters.
