Moscow developers will be given a delay on land rent
Developers working in Moscow were given the opportunity to defer land lease payments for the second quarter of 2020, said Vladimir Efimov, deputy mayor of Moscow on economic policy and property and land relations. This decision was made as part of a business crisis support plan in the current situation.
“In the first quarter of 2020, private investors entered into 27 additional agreements with the city to change the purpose of land use. Within six years, 650 thousand square meters of capital facilities will be built or reconstructed on 47 hectares. All these developers can apply for a lease on the lease of land, ”he said.
To arrange for a delay, developers can apply to the Department of City Property with a statement by the end of the year, indicating the number of the lease or financial and personal account in it.
