Moscow issued construction permits for 35 million sq m of real estate
Permits for construction of 35 million square meters of real estate are issued in the capital, according to Deputy Mayor for urban policy and construction Marat Khusnullin.
Besides that, city planning decisions for more than 100 million sq m were made at the moment, added he.
“But we have to bear in mind that not all 100 million square meters of real estate will be built. The city authorities give the investors the opportunity to assess the potential and pay close attention to the areas which the city is ready to develop,” said Marat Khusnullin.
It should be noted that in Moscow the annual commissioning rate amounts to 8-9 million square meters of real estate, of which more than 3 million is residential property.
