Moscow leads with largest number of state e-services in construction
Moscow is the leader among Russian regions in terms of the number of state services in construction industry converted to electronic format, said deputy head of the Ministry of Construction of Russia Natalia Antipina at a meeting dedicated to administrative barriers.
“10 regions can be called leaders in transferring of state services in construction to electronic format. Moscow ranks first with 12 e-services”, – said Natalia Antipina according to RIA Novosti – Real Estate.
As explained by Antipina, the same number of state e-services has got the Novosibirsk region. The leader’s list also includes Belgorod, Kursk, Volgograd, Tyumen regions, where seven services were converted to electronic format, Udmurtiya with 11 e-services, Kirov region with 9 e-services, Irkutsk region with 8 e-srevices and Tuva with 10 services in electronic format.
According to monitoring data the average Russian region has only two e-services in construction: construction and occupancy permits.
“Our goal of 2016 is to ensure the provision of four state services in e-format: construction permits, Occupancy permits, development plans for land plots (GPZU), engineering and project expert surveys”, – added Natalia Antipina.
It is to be recalled that application for state services in the construction industry can be sent from anywhere in the world at any time via personal account on the Moscow state services portal. E-document flow is a real saver of time for developers. The applicant does not need to collect a huge amount of documents: all of them are at the disposal of government bodies and are transmitted via the base register information.
