Moscow plans to include 60 construction projects in Federal Register
The Moscow authorities have suggested to include about 60 Moscow projects under construction in the Federal Model Projects Register, said the Head of the Moscow department of urban planning policy Sergey Levkin.
“We have submitted more than 58 projects to the Register,” he said.
In particular, the city authorities have presented a kindergarten-transformer, which will be built in South Butovo district in 2017. According to Levkin, this kindergarten can be transformed into a block for primary school.
The Moscow authorities have proposed to add to the Register not only educational, but also residential buildings, as well as sports and social facilities, noted Levkin.
“Now we are working on updating the standards of construction prices, and the main criterion is the need to comply with standards of construction prices,” added the Head of the department.
