Moscow Rosreestr registered more than 65 thousand applications for rights in e-format
Moscow Rosreestr registered 65,166 rights to real estate in electronic form during 11 months of 2017 says the press service of Rosreestr.
For comparison, last year for the same period through the official portal of Rosreestr was registered seven times less (8,971) property rights. Since the beginning of the service since April 2015, Rosreestr’s Moscow office in electronic form registered more than 78 thousand rights. The growth of the popularity of the service in electronic form falls on the current year, and, if in January 2017 there were registered 1018 rights, in November this indicator grew eleven fold and exceeded 11 014 electronic registrations within a month.
At the same time, there is a significant increase in interest in electronic registration by metropolitan notaries and state entities: the dynamics of appeals are 77% and 35% respectively. The popularity of filing applications in electronic form is also preserved among both the physical (dynamics – 10%) and legal entities (22%).
Largely, the demand for services is due to the simplification of administrative barriers and the reduction in the time for registration and registration activities. Therefore, for registration of rights on the application submitted in electronic form, it will take five working days, in case of filing documents by a notary – one day.
