Moscow simplifies administrative procedures for construction of engineering and sewage networks
The city authorities are actively working on simplification of procedures related to issuing documentation for construction of various types of facilities, including utilities and sewage treatment plants, said the Deputy Mayor for urban policy and construction Marat Khusnullin.
He noted that the result of these measures – more than 114 km of engineering networks which have already been built and put into operation in Moscow since the beginning of the year.
“The resolution #108 adopted by the Government of Moscow will help to reduce the acuteness of the problem, it eliminates the need to obtain permits for the construction of certain types of utility networks,” said Marat Khusnullin.
According to him, Moscow authorities also focuses on construction of sewage treatment plants.
“This year we have completed the construction of sewage treatment plant in the district Severny, its capacity amounts to 3280 cubic meters per day. The construction of such facilities in Moscow is ongoing,” said Marat Khusnullin.
It is to be recalled that the city authorities are actively working on lowering administrative barriers and simplification of procedures related to construction sector. To date, 11 out of the 12 state services are available online.
