Moscow successfully switched to FGIS USRN
The Rosreestr Office in Moscow announced the successful transition to the federal state information system of the unified state real estate register (FGIS USRN). According to the deputy head of the service, Maria Makarova, the new system will help optimize the interaction of all participants in the procedure for registering property rights.
“From July 8, this is the period when we entered the new base, until August 9, the department received about 125 thousand applications, and as of August 9, decisions were made on almost all of them, which indicates a successful transition to a new base”, – said Maria Makarova.
The ministry believes that the use of the FGIS USRN will make the decision-making process more transparent, as well as simplify the interaction of all bodies and organizations involved in the provision of specialized public services. A single database will also reduce the time required to complete documentation.
