Moscow to host five training seminars for developers

Five seminars in format of “error analysis session” where developers learn to update government services via the Internet will be held in Moscow.

They will be held on December 8, 15, and 22 of this year, and on January 20 and February 3, 2017. Each of them will be dedicated to specific services offered by Mosgosstroynadzor, Moskomekspertiza, Moskomarkhitektura, as well as UATI, Mosgorgeotrest, MUEC, MUEGC and other organizations.

The first seminar of this month will take place on December 8 at 14.00. Representatives of the Moscow Department of Natural Resources Management and Environmental Protection will talk about the new order of registration of the cutting permit and permission to transplant greenery. Specialists of the Moscow metro will acquaint with the coordination of works in security and technical areas of the metro, and UATI inspectors will speak on registration and closing of orders. According to the Head of the Moscow Department of urban planning policy, Sergey Levkin, the purpose of such workshops is to find out typical errors of design and construction organizations, applying for one or another state service in the sphere of construction.

Representatives of the Department of urban planning policy explained that a series of workshops is held to improve the position of Russia in the World Bank’s “Doing Business”ranking in terms of “Dealing with Construction Permits”.

The educational program is conducted by the Department of urban planning policy of the capital, together with the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, Club and Association of Moscow Investors.

The first training seminar in error analysis format has taken place on November, 10. It was devoted to “Getting the urban development plan of a land plot (GPZU) and passing the state examination of project documentation.” More than 50 representatives of development companies attended the seminar.
