Moscow will ahead of schedule implement the annual plan for housing commissioning
Moscow introduced 3.5 million square meters of housing for 10 months of this year, which is 97% of the annual plan, said Sergey Levkin, head of the Department of Urban Planning Policy of the capital.
“In January – October, at the expense of extrabudgetary sources, 3.2 million square meters. meters of housing and another 300 thousand – at the expense of the budget for city programs. Thus, Moscow is very close to the implementation of the annual plan for housing commissioning, which is 3.6 million “squares”, – said Sergey Levkin.
According to him, this year the builders had to catch up on the time lost due to anti-epidemic restrictions, and they did not let Muscovites down.
“For 10 months, investors kept the share of introduced real estate at the level of the same period in 2019. At the same time, builders working on city programs also fulfilled the planned tasks of the state program “Housing,” approved by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin”, – said the head of the Department.
Sergey Levkin emphasized that kindergartens, schools, hospitals, cultural and sports facilities are being built together with housing in the city, which fully meets the task of creating a comfortable urban environment.
“We pay great attention to the development of social infrastructure in the city. Since 2011, more than 100 schools and about 300 kindergartens have been built, as well as more than 100 health facilities and about 90 sports facilities”, – said Andrei Bochkarev, deputy mayor of Moscow for urban planning and construction.
