Moscow will launch an automated system “Construction personnel”

Next year, it is planned to launch an automated system “Construction Personnel” in Moscow, which will help more effectively use the labor reserves of builders, said Sergey Levkin, head of the Moscow City Planning Policy Department.

“In 2021, we intend to put into trial operation the automated system” Construction Personnel. ” Construction companies will have their own accounts there and will be able to operate personnel reserves. For example, when a certain type of work is completed, employees will receive offers from other construction companies faster. In fact, the system will implement the principle of “work is looking for a person”, – said Sergey Levkin.

According to Levkin, the new automated system will also significantly reduce the need to retrain people for new types of work, as employers will get a clearer idea of the processes taking place in the labor market.

“For employers of the construction industry, the system will operate free of charge. We expect that it will be in demand among employers, since qualified personnel in the construction site are a guarantee of high-quality implementation of both private and city projects approved by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin”, – Levkin emphasized.
