The 30th Anniversary Exhibition MIPIM, the largest international event in the field of real estate and urban planning development, started in Cannes. This year, within the framework of a special stand, Moscow will present its key projects – the renovation program and transport infrastructure development projects.

“Moscow takes part in MIPIM almost from the very beginning. We always present our advanced urban planning programs to the European investor. And the jubilee year was no exception. At the stand of Moscow, one can familiarize oneself with the main programs for the development of the Russian capital: housing renovation, reorganization of industrial zones, involvement of empty coastal areas into urban life, and, of course, active construction of transport infrastructure: subways, railways and transportation hubs, ” at the opening of the stand of Moscow Marat Khusnullin.

According to the head of the Construction Complex, many cities on MIPIM for the first time present breakthrough solutions in the field of city management or demonstrate landmark architectural objects. The Russian capital is rightly proud of the Zaryadye Park, which is included among the finalists in the architecture and development award of the MIPIM Awards in the nomination “The Best Project for Restoring the Urban Environment”.
