Moscow will simplify the procedure of connecting houses to engineering networks
The city authorities propose to switch to electronic permits for connecting new buildings, according to the website of the National News Service.
The timing of the connection of new buildings to engineering networks will be significantly reduced, and the corresponding permits are planned to be issued electronically. This was announced by Deputy Mayor of Moscow on Urban Development Policy and Construction Marat Khusnullin.
According to him, the city authorities are working on this issue with MOESK, MOEK, as well as with Mosvodokanal and Mosgaz.
“First of all, we are now setting the task for our subordinate organizations – Mosvodokanal, Mosgaz – to improve the work, to speed up the terms of connection, the timing of approval. We are doing a lot of work with MOESK and MOEK, we suggest switching to issuing all permits in electronic form, “the deputy mayor said.
In addition, a new integrated system for the development of engineering networks of the capital is being worked out. The first to assess it will be residents of quarters, built under the renovation program, and then the whole city. The new system will reduce the costs of building utilities and simplify the procedure for adding new buildings to engineering networks, Khusnullin specified.
