Most questions from developers to the contact center – on documentation


About 40% of inquiries arriving in the Unified Contact Center of the Construction Complex from developers are related to the design of the design and permitting documentation. This was told by the head of the Department of urban policy of the city of Moscow Sergey Levkin.

The task of the operator is to give full information, so they are trained in the application of state services in construction, changes in legislation in this area, “said Sergei Lyovkin.

The head of the department recalled that, according to the VСIOM survey, most representatives of construction companies are well aware of the changes that occur in the industry.

“About half of the people who applied to the Moscow construction complex agencies said that over the last year the interaction with the structures has improved significantly,” said Sergey Lyovkin.

To improve the situation helped, including, the Single contact center, which has been operating since March 2017. During this time, more than 17,600 appeals were received through the authorities.
