Mutko instructed to reduce administrative pressure on developers

05.09.2019

Vitaliy Mutko, Deputy Prime Minister for Construction and Regional Development, instructed a number of ministries and departments to reduce the administrative and financial burden on developers.

In particular, it is proposed to allow member companies of construction SROs not to provide security for applications for participation in tenders or auctions for public procurements.

It is planned to exclude redundant construction supervision procedures for developers working with the participation of equity holders or using escrow accounts.

A number of tax breaks have also been proposed for construction companies. Corresponding changes to 44-FZ and 214-FZ should be prepared by the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Economy and a number of other departments by September 30 with the involvement of experts from industry public organizations.
