New projects to be presented at the Expo Real exhibition by Moscow and Ministry of Construction


Representatives of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation and the Government of Moscow will deliver the new policy in construction of large housing estates in Russian cities and the increase of quality of urban environment around them at the International Exhibition Expo Real, opened on October 4, Munich (Germany).

“Development of the Russian cities and residential areas is becoming a priority task of the state, and here the European experience is very important for us, as soon as similar work has already been done a while ago,” said the Minister of Construction Mikhail Men at the opening ceremony of the joint stand of the Ministry of Construction of Russia and the Moscow Government.

Russian companies Urban Group, MR Group, WP-Development, O1 Properties, NDV-Real Estate will participate in Expo Real this year.

Chairman of the Board “Messe München” Klaus Dietrich noted that Russia’s participation in the exhibition Expo Real is already a long tradition, Germany and Russia have established friendly relations in the field of real estate a good while ago.

EXPO REAL is Europe’s largest real estate and investment trade fair. It represents the whole supply chain of the international real estate sector—all the important sectors are there, from conception and design through investment and financing, realization and marketing to operation and use. The largest B2B trade fair for real estate and investment in Europe offers ideal conditions for efficient networking.

Approximately 39,000 participants from 77 countries came to the 19th edition of this “International Trade Fair for Property and Investment”. The top ten countries of origin among the visitors were, after Germany: UK, Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, France, Czech Republic, USA, Luxembourg and Spain.
