Nine more state services in construction will be transferred to the electronic view

Until the end of the year in the electronic form will be transferred to another nine state services in the construction sector, said the head of the Department of Urban Policy of Moscow, Sergei Levkin.

“Until the end of this year, it is planned to transfer to the electronic form nine other construction services related to technological connection and maintenance of the Consolidated Plan. Thus, taking into account the already available in the online format, 27 services will be available to developers and designers electronically, “said Sergey Levkin.

Next services will be available online:

Acceptance of executive documentation for the Consolidated Plan of Underground Communications and Structures in Moscow;

provision of information from the Consolidated Plan of Underground Communications and Structures in Moscow;

obtaining technical conditions for connection to centralized cold water supply and sanitation systems;

obtaining technical conditions for connection (technological connection) to gas distribution networks;

obtaining technical conditions for connection to heat supply systems;

the conclusion of the contract of connection (technological connection) to the centralized systems of cold water supply and water disposal;

the conclusion of the contract of connection (technological connection) to gas distribution networks;

conclusion of the contract for connection to heat supply systems;

conclusion of an agreement on the implementation of technological connection to electric grids.

Recall that the systematic work to simplify the administrative procedures in the construction is conducted by the Government of Moscow in 2012. Developers recognize that the transfer of public services in the electronic form positively affected the business climate in the capital.
