Number of applications for GPZU in Moscow grew by 40% in 4 years
The New Moscow territories account for the greatest number of applications (60%) for the urban plan of a land plot (GPZU), said the Chairman of the Moskomarkhitektura Juliana Knyazhevskaya.
She stressed that the number of applications for obtaining GPZU has increased by 40% as compared to 2012. It is to do with the owners of the individual residential buildings and suburban gardeners’ partnerships located on the new territories.
“Summer residents and allotment owners can obtain GPZU easier than legal persons and business entities, the recent trend of legislative activity of the Moscow Government aimed at facilitating the procedure of obtaining permits and approvals for people who want to build housing premises up to 500 square meters,” said Juliana Knyazhevskaya.
According to her, an applicant may submit an application in electronic format attaching the required documents.
“To do this, you need to register on the portal of state services of Moscow, to fill in the online application form, to upload the files with the required documents and submit for consideration,” explained the Chairman of the Moskomarkhitektura.
