“For example, in Moscow you can put an object on cadastral registration on the basis of a package of documents sent by Mosgosstrojnadzor, without the participation of the developers themselves, which saves time. As a result, they receive the result of two services at once: permission to enter and cadastral registration of the object. This approach is planned to extend to other services provided by the authorities, ”said Nadezhda Karavanova.
Earlier, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for urban planning policy and construction Marat Khusnullin noted that on behalf of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, systematic work is underway to reduce administrative barriers, streamline the processes for obtaining services and shorten the time they are received.
