More than one third of the applications to unified contact center are devoted to housing renovation
Around 5,5 thousand application were registered in Unified contact center from the beginning of its work, 1950 of them are connected to renovation of housing program, told the Head of Urban Planning Policy Department, Sergey Levkin.
According to him the «Knowledge base» is created for effective work of the center. It is a source that contains the answers to frequently asked questions. «The base consists of 60 sections that have 548 articles on key questions about urban planning policy» -told Sergey Levkin.
