Over 12 thousand applications for state services in construction submitted in Moscow YTD
More than 12 thousand applications for state services related to construction sector were submitted to the Construction Complex over the period of five months of 2016.
According to the Department of urban planning policy of Moscow, 2178 applications were submitted in hard copy, the rest – in electronic format.
“In January-April developers have submitted 8300 applications for state services in construction sector via the Moscow portal of state services, by the end of May this number had grown to 9877. So the rate shows almost 20% increase,” said the Head of urban policy department Sergey Levkin.
According to him, the popularity of online applications is related to lower corruption risks and time input.
It is to be recalled that Moscow has 12 state e-services in the field of construction. In order to reduce the administrative burden on developers three more state services will be converted to electronic format before the end of the year: approval of PSTS (project specific technical specifications), issuance of certificate on compliance of documentation to the Consolidated Plan of underground utilities and structures and provision of the data from the Consolidated Plan.
