Over 80% applications for state services in Moscow submitted online

This year more than 80% of applications for state services related to construction was submitted in e-format in Moscow, said the Head of Information and Analytical Office of the Department of urban planning policy Andrey Kurilov.

“10221 applications for state services in construction sector have been filed within four months, from January to May, both via the portal of state and municipal services of Moscow and in paper form. It is worthwhile to note that developers submitted 82% of applications in electronic format, it amounted to 8352,” said Andrey Kurilov.

According to him, there is a sustained growth of delivering state services related to construction in electronic format in Moscow.

“Applications for state services in the construction industry can be submitted from around the world at any time through a personal account of developer on the Moscow state services portal. This is a time saver for developers. There, on the portal of state services, an applicant can track the progress of consideration of his appeal,” reminded Andrey Kurilov.

Segrey Levkin reminded that in order to reduce the administrative burden on developers three more state services will be converted to electronic format before the end of the year.

In August of 2016 two services will be transferred to electronic format: approval of PSTS (project specific technical specifications) and validation of estimated value of capital construction projects.

In November, 2016, the service of issuance of certificate on compliance of documentation to the Consolidated Plan of underground utilities and structures will be provided online; the data from the Consolidated Plan will be available in December.
